** At The Salon at Cloud Nine, we want you to be satisfied with your salon services and ask that if you are unhappy, you contact us or your stylist within 48 hours of your appointment, so we can resolve the issue in the best way possible. The Salon at Cloud Nine does not provide refunds on retail products. Unopened products may be returned for exchange with other retail products only. Products may not be exchanged after 7 days from purchase. 

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. A 25% of your appointment fee may be applied if you do not.
